About My work

We live in a world that is increasingly subject to an increasingly difficult state of flux, the use of new technologies has flourished in
our lives, and our perception of the world and the way in which we communicate and relate to each other has been affected as a result.
We are now presented with a changing landscape where humanity is pretending to become more uniform and where an uncountable
number of relationships and pieces of information converge on a net.

Cybernetic media are creating a new human condition, that of tele-presence, the loss of our physical being, creating a social problem,
and creating a change in our way of establishing and maintaining relationships with others and with the world.

Technology has started to control a large part of our lives, we depend on it to perform our jobs and it has modified our language,
thereby, changing the way in which we communicate. This way of communicating evolved with Nihilism of affluent western societies that
rule our world had lead to a Modus Vivendi of the nonsensical and of social chaos.

Our world is becoming increasingly hectic, our machines are constantly becoming faster and more complex while our bodies and minds
are constantly becoming more inert. I think it is convenient to pause a moment and reflect on where we are going with such urgency,
rapid technological and scientific advancement is of little use if it does not develop with a moral and humanistic foundation.

My work addresses this theme, the exploration of the human condition under an antagonistic and individualized vision over the
homogenation of humanity in a net of infinite information. My work emphasizes the importance of emotional impact of our virtual
presence in a cybernetic realm that increasingly drives us to anomy.
